The Melanie Group LLC is a holding company with business interests primarily in film & TV production as well as real estate acquisition and development. Production: TMG owns and produces intellectual property (i.e. scripts, treatments, etc.) from inception through distribution. This involves the acquisition or creation of IP; the development of that IP; packaging the projects with talent, sales and distribution; production and completion of the project; and oversight of the entire process including ongoing sales and distribution of the content for years beyond its’ completion. Production Services: TMG offers a variety of services to third-party productions in the city of Fitzgerald. With local knowledge and established relationships, TMG provides producers with access to several services including but not limited to catering, lodging, security, set design, site permits, and more. Real Estate: TMG will acquire and upgrade existing properties to either serve as sound stages for physical production or provide other functions beneficial to our goal of attracting producers to the city. Furthermore, TMG will seek opportunities to construct additional sound stages to service a wider range of productions more efficiently.
