He then spent many years running dessert production units so understands what chefs, buyers and his clients want from a supplier: consistent quality products, for the end user with a teaspoon of innovation for good measure. That’s why we couldn’t think of a more appropriate name for the business – for Craig, his working life has been ‘all about desserts’. Craig has over 25 years’ experience working for dessert and bakery manufacturers throughout the UK. He has a passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations, which has been a driving force throughout his career. Based in the East Midlands, all about desserts have easy access to motorways leading both North and South. One thing that all about desserts will not compromise on, is quality and taste, so that the products themselves really need no introduction.
