Top Deck was started by a young college student, who is passionate about boats, and in need of some extra money. At first, Top Deck was just a dream, but after further consideration, it seemed more than doable. With ample experience in the field of boat detailing and growing up on and around boats from a young age, Jack Graham decided to make his dreams into a reality.
