So many of us are able to explain what we do in our work. We can give our titles, the organizations we work for, even a long list of our accomplishments. However, when asked to define WHO we are in our being, what our gifts, skills, talents are, what makes us unique, and what our purpose is, we struggle mightily. This happens because we have not given ourselves space or permission to get clear about these essential questions. We don't learn these things in school. We're not even asked or expected to do so.
