The School is the next stage of development of Nevares Acting Studio, which was started by Roger Nevares in order to work with old and new acting students living and working in the United Kingdom. Roger Nevares is an actor, acting coach, acting teacher, drama scholar as well as director of film and theatre, and . He has taught, directed and run a range of distinguished performing arts schools and acting courses in Great Britain. Roger was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico and at the age of twenty travelled to Russia to train as an actor and an acting teacher. In his home country he ran his own private acting school and taught in the leading state drama schools of Latin America based in Mexico City. Roger Nevares is one of the few acting teachers in Great Britain today to have undergone full training as actor and acting teacher in one of the leading acting schools of Moscow and Russia. The Mission of Nevares Acting School & Studio is to provide time, space, attention and guidance to artists interested in acquiring or perfecting, quality acting technique in order to increase prime employability. The Vision of Roger Nevares is to create an artistic kinship whereby sound, readily applicable, contemporary Acting Technique is taught, shared, and improved by people who currently are, or aspire to be working actors in film, theatre, television and other media.
