Mini Movers is an evidence based physical literacy program that uses sport as a vehicle to improve not only the physical literacy but also the overall well being of children aged 3-6. We also aim to up skill educators in bringing physical literacy to their setting more often and more confidently, and want to engage families with their children's health and movement to promote better lifestyle choices over time.
