My coaching philosophy is to promote growth and transformation in individuals at all levels by empowering them to recognise their own hidden potential and overcome their limiting beliefs. I create a safe and non-judgemental environment whereby everyone learns from their mistakes and failures. I utilise a thought provoking processes that inspires individuals to maximise their professional and personal potential. My approaches and tools are customised for the change to be sustainable. I encourage open and honest dialogues as this will allow us to analyse and solution for the root cause. My role is to facilitate the growth and transformational process, and this is achieved by discipline and accountability by the coachee. Constant reflection as a coach is key in my practice as that contributes to my continuous development. I commit to serve my clients in a professional manner and put them first by listening attentively to what is being said and the unspoken words my goal is to have a positive impact on my clients and empower them on their journey.
