US Army Recruiting and Retention College
The US Army Recruiting and Retention College (RRC) is responsible for the institutional training of officers and non-commissioned officers (NCOs) in the skills, knowledge, and techniques required in conducting recruiting and career counseling functions for the US Army and Army Reserve. The RRC operates 14 resident courses that train officers and NCOs for initial and advanced recruiting assignments, career counselors for assignments across the Army at-large, and recruiting leadership and staff members at all levels of the US Army Recruiting Command.
