Optimo Movement is parkour, freerunning and stunt performing team dedicated to performing and teaching the art of movement through progression of the mind and body connection. Through media production and the training we promote the concept of meditation through movement. We offer classes, workshops, demonstrations as well as video production of various projects. We also provide athletes for live performances and shows.
