Carpentry is a skilled trade and a craft in which the primary work performed is the cutting, shaping and installation of building materials during the construction of buildings, ships, timber bridges, concrete formwork, etc. (Wikipedia) Software engineering is a craft in which, through cutting and shaping, a program is engineered. And it is this quest for ‘a better way’ that fascinates me indefinitely. I therefore consider myself a Digital Carpenter.
