Vegetarian Restaurant "El Puente", is based on vegetarian food and vegan food. We reject all types of exploitation-abuse towards animals and we look after the physical and mental health of our clients, friends and family. Within our culture, we find ourselves embedded in an ecological and anti-capitalist commitment, the first since we use 100% organic products, that is, natural, healthy and always respecting the environment. The second, since we consider ourselves a company in search of justice, well-being and peace in the world, through these small steps, such as the day-to-day diet of our Arequipeña, Peruvian and world customers. One of our values that we consider essential within the company is the commitment to customers (our family), and we demonstrate it through the balance in our various dishes that we offer every day: proteins, carbohydrates, and vegetables or fruits; which are essential for the physical well-being of a human being. In Arequipa, we consider ourselves the pioneers in founding a vegetarian / vegan company, of Taiwanese origin - Arequipeño, since this year we celebrate our 24th anniversary.
