Wobworld, a non-profit organization, was created by Rosalind Goly with Sam Stevens. The organization, owns Wobworld, an educational television series. They also operate the Wobworld interactive website, and a multilingual storybook App. The educational platform is designed to entertain while teaching children valuable science, mathematics, vocabulary, reading, health, nutrition, physical education and priceless social skills. Wobworld also addresses important topics as stranger danger, respect for authority, and anti-bullying. The program aims to stimulate early learning skills while promoting socially accepted behavior. The program also illustrates a number of ways to build self-confidence in order to embrace and deal with life’s many challenges. MISSION STATEMENT EDUCATE: To offer an innovative children’s program that harnesses the latest technology to teach: Science, Mathematics, Reading, and important life skills through entertainment and fun. EMPOWER: To elevate one’s pride by inspiring each child with a greater sense of oneself while teaching mutual respect and equality.
