I’m a passionate entrepreneur, Forbes NY Business Council Member, and UN Sustainable Development Goals Advocate. Having worked in managerial and executive positions within the technology and telecom industries, I excel at leading teams that drive growth through retention initiatives, digital strategies, and analytics. In addition, I pride myself in nurturing a team leadership style based on clear communications, openness, and efficiency. I enjoy managing projects, keeping team spirits high, and delivering results. On top of my corporate-level responsibilities, I have been able to gather significant entrepreneurial experience since 2015. This was the year I founded Cozmic Group, a digital branding and marketing agency offering top-quality services to domestic and international clients. After exiting Cozmic Group on a profit, I took a hiatus from the entrepreneurial realm to complete my Masters Degree in Marketing Intelligence at Fordham University, but did not abandon the high hopes and thrilling work of starting a company from scratch. I’m currently at the pre-launch stage of my second company, which will be focused on the production, distribution and marketing of prime, sustainable honey products under UNSDGs standards. Over the years, I have grown convinced that we must invigorate the way we conduct business by implementing change management and digital transformation practices that guarantee the sustainability of key resources and ecosystems, as well as the happiness and satisfaction of local populations at a global scale. With this in mind, it is my goal to put my expertise and efforts in transforming businesses into efficient, brand-friendly agents of change capable of bringing value at every single level and stage.
