As an active trainer, I continue to empower local leaders in community involvement and leadership development involving the arts, government, education, economic development and community board membership. I have developed and trained on curriculum for Living Independently for young adults aging out of foster care, Fatherhood Initiatives, and Managing the Manager on Leadership. I continue to train various organizations on topics such as: Discipleship, Leadership, Motivation/Inspiration, Mentoring, Effective Communication, Early Childhood Development, Substance Abuse and Recovery, Youth Development, Self Sufficiency for Young Adults, and Fatherhood.
