Girls in Policy is a network of intersectional feminists, made up of women and non-binary individuals interested in enhancing diversity within the non-profit sector. The policy and non-profit sector can seem elitist, elusive and hard to break into. Girls in Policy was created as a network and community to empower students, graduate and entry-level professionals interested in a career in social justice. We aim to become the go-to resource for individuals beginning their career in politics, policy, human rights, international development and/or social justice. To achieve this, we provide resources, advice, networking opportunities and aim to raise awareness of the issues that exist in the sector.
