Living Well Occupational Therapy is a community interest company launched in July 2019, to provide support to those who live with a chronic or long-term illness in Northamptonshire. Our support is designed to empower people to live and thrive beyond their condition and take control of their health and wellbeing. We recognise that chronic illness and long-term conditions affect a person’s whole life. We therefore take a whole life approach to support individuals to self-manage and increase resilience and life satisfaction. We recognise that people need more than just medicine in order to live well.
