A Barbecue startup which started as an MBA project 9 years ago is finally realized following a dream to turning a B side hobby into a business. Greatly rated South Carolina & Georgia Barbecue that now has two points of sale in strategic locations in Bogotá, and recruits over 10 direct employees and around 30 indirect jobs. Our mission is to return to great unsophisticated, non-pretentious, fare priced real smoked barbecue and put it in the hands and mouth of men who have forgotten to eat like real men!
