Then we keep the coffee flowing all day long (making sure to have a little dance along the way to the funky tunes on our stereo!). You can stop by for some Aussie inspired lunch, with plenty of healthy options- after all, 21st Century innovators are into keeping fit as far as we can tell. Finally, we didn't want to miss out on the "rowdiness" - so we decided to stay open until 11pm, and serve up killer cocktails, beers and wines in the evenings.
