What is Salesforce?
Salesforce is a customer relationship management platform used by sales, marketing, and service teams to manage leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities. It's one of the most widely used enterprise CRMs, built to scale from small sales teams to global organizations with complex approval and reporting needs.
Lusha and Salesforce
The Lusha and Salesforce integration lets you push contacts you find in Lusha directly into Salesforce as Leads, Contacts, or Accounts, with no manual data entry. Verified emails, direct dials, and firmographic data land in your org the moment you export them.
Field mapping controls which Salesforce fields get populated on export, and both company enrichment and contact enrichment run through Lusha's API, so existing Salesforce records can be enriched with verified job titles, phone numbers, and emails, not just new ones.
How to connect Lusha and Salesforce
You need Salesforce Admin access to authorize the connection, and only Lusha Admins and Managers can configure the integration. From your Lusha dashboard, go to Settings, then Integrations, select Salesforce, choose Production or Sandbox, and click Connect. After the initial setup, each team member connects their own Lusha account to enable export. For full setup and field-mapping steps, see the Lusha and Salesforce integration docs.
