Which AI tools does Lusha connect to?
Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code with GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, Gong, Clay, Make and n8n, through one hosted MCP server. Any MCP-compatible client can connect with an API key.
Can the Lusha MCP server write anything?
Yes. It creates and manages Workspace tables, so a list built in the conversation lands in Lusha ready to export. It does not send messages or add contacts to sequences; outreach runs in your sequencer, CRM, Clay or n8n.
Does it cost credits to check my balance?
No. Account usage is free. Searches, reveals and enrichment draw on your existing Lusha balance at standard rates, the same as in Workspace. The MCP works on every plan, including Free.
How is the MCP different from the Lusha API?
Same data, same endpoints underneath. The API is for code you write and run, with strict rate limits on Free and Starter and full access from Pro. The MCP is for AI assistants and agents that decide which tool to call from a plain-language request.
Can Clay, n8n or Make call it?
Yes. Clay lists Lusha as a data provider. n8n uses the MCP Client Tool node pointed at mcp.lusha.com. Make connects through its own MCP server or the Lusha API.
How do I install it in Claude?
From the Claude connector directory, click Connect and sign in with your Lusha account. No API key. Or install the Lusha plugin, which adds skills on top. Step-by-step: docs.lusha.com/mcp-docs.
