About Lusha
What is Lusha?
Lusha is a B2B data platform for sales, marketing, RevOps, and recruiting teams. It holds 290M+ verified contacts and 29M+ companies, with 87.8M contacts in the United States, and adds 26 live buying signals, lead scoring, lookalike prospecting, and data enrichment on top. Teams use it in the Lusha Workspace, through a Chrome extension on LinkedIn and company sites, through an API, and inside Claude, ChatGPT, and any MCP client. Figures and method are on lusha.com/data.
What is Lusha used for?
Finding decision makers and their verified emails and direct dials, enriching CRM records and lead lists, scoring accounts and inbound leads, finding companies that look like your best customers, and timing outreach to buying signals such as funding, hiring surges, and leadership changes. Sales teams use it to build call lists, RevOps to keep the CRM current, marketing to enrich inbound leads, and recruiters to reach candidates. The Campus plays show each as a runnable workflow.

It is certified under SOC 2 Type II and five ISO standards, operates under GDPR and CCPA, is registered as a data broker with the State of California, and publishes its data totals, accuracy figures, and data sources on its own site. Is Lusha safe to use?
Yes. Lusha holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, 27701, 27017, 31700, and 42001 certifications, with GDPR certification by ePrivacyseal GmbH and CCPA validation by TrustArc. The Chrome extension reads the page you are on to match a profile and does not modify your address book. Details on the Trust Center security page.
Is Lusha worth it?
You can answer that on your own list before paying anything. The Free plan gives you 40 credits a month with no credit card, enough to run 30 to 40 of your real target contacts and count the fill rate and the connects. Lusha publishes what to compare against: 98% email accuracy and 86% phone accuracy with method, 87.8M US contacts by location, a July 2026 test on 322 US contacts, and a coverage test against ZoomInfo with its full disclosure. A vendor that publishes none of those can’t be checked the same way.
Data
How much data does Lusha have?
290M+ verified contacts, 29M+ companies, and 165M+ verified emails, with 87.8M contacts in the United States and 105.4M across North America. Country figures are counted by the contact’s recorded location, not the employer’s headquarters, and are updated on the data page with the date shown. A further 11.5M contacts are in the database but not yet broken out by country.
How accurate is Lusha’s data?
Lusha publishes 98% email accuracy and 86% phone accuracy, with the method, on lusha.com/data. Email accuracy by region: North America 98%, EMEA 97%, APAC 96%, LATAM 95%. In two published tests run July 28, 2026 on 322 US contacts, work email returned a usable value for all 322 and mobile phone for 97.5%, between 93.9% and 100% by segment. Every search shows which fields exist on a contact before you spend a credit, so you can test any figure on your own list.
How does Lusha get its data?
From four sources, each described on the data sources page. Members of the Lusha Community share business contact details from their email headers and signatures. Licensed partners with established business directories, each vetted for security and GDPR and CCPA compliance. Publicly available business information. And Lusha’s own analysis system, which completes patterns such as company email formats. Lusha does not scrape professional networks or social platforms, does not buy from data brokers, and is itself registered as a data broker with the State of California.
How often is the data updated?
Daily. Every source is checked, deduplicated, and cross-referenced on an ongoing basis, and most contact fields and all buying signals refresh weekly. Lusha also measured how fast contact data goes stale, twice. The latest run, September 2026, found 12.25% of US sales leaders changed roles in twelve months and 25.67% in twenty-four, down slightly from 12.6% and 25.7% in the first run, per its data decay measurement. That is why CRM enrichment runs on a schedule you set.
Does Lusha find phone numbers reliably?
Lusha returns direct dials and mobile numbers as separate fields, each with its Do Not Call status, and publishes 86% phone accuracy with method. In a test of five US ICPs run on both platforms on 11 August 2026, Lusha returned twice as many US contacts with a direct phone number as ZoomInfo. The test measured quantity and fill rate only, accuracy was not tested, and ZoomInfo led on work email fill rate in the same test. Full methodology. Every search shows whether a number exists before you reveal it. More on the direct dials page.
Does Lusha have global coverage or US depth?
Both, and it publishes which is which. Coverage spans North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC, with country-level counts on the data page. The deepest coverage is the United States at 87.8M contacts. Some markets are excluded from country-level reporting for compliance reasons, and the page says so. If your targets are in a specific country, check its row before you buy.
What are Lusha’s buying signals?
26 signals, refreshed weekly: 24 at the company level, including funding events, hiring surges by total, department, and location, headcount and IT spend changes, website traffic changes, and news on strategy, commercial activity, and leadership, and 2 at the contact level, promotion and company change. Each carries an effective date. Signals are business events, and people signals are framed as a position being filled or vacated. Buying signals.
Does Lusha enrich LinkedIn profiles?
Yes. The Chrome extension works on LinkedIn profiles, Sales Navigator, and company websites. Open a profile and it shows whether Lusha has a verified email, direct dial, or mobile for the person, with the current title next to the profile’s, and reveals it in one click. Revealed contacts save to your CRM. Extension.

Do Lusha credits roll over?

Is Lusha free?

Can Lusha data be used to train AI models?
