What is Zoho CRM?
Zoho CRM is a customer relationship management platform used by sales, marketing, and support teams to manage leads, contacts, accounts, and deals in one place. It's part of the broader Zoho suite, which spans sales, marketing, finance, and operations tools, and is popular with small and mid-sized businesses looking for an affordable, flexible CRM.
Lusha and Zoho CRM
The Lusha and Zoho CRM integration lets you push contacts, leads, and accounts you find in Lusha directly into Zoho, without copying and pasting between platforms. Verified emails, direct dials, and firmographic data land in your CRM the moment you export them.
Field mapping determines which Zoho fields get populated on export, and once it's set, every new contact or lead you enrich in Lusha flows into Zoho automatically through the connected workflow. That keeps your pipeline accurate without adding manual work for reps.
How to connect Lusha and Zoho CRM
You need Admin or Manager access in Lusha and admin access in Zoho to activate the integration. From your Lusha dashboard, click your name in the top-right corner, go to the Integrations tab, and select Zoho. Click Connect, sign in to Zoho when prompted, then continue to field mapping. For full setup and field-mapping steps, see the Lusha and Zoho CRM integration docs.
