It is hereby clarified that the Lusha Browser Extension will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements
1. General
This Privacy Policy outlines Lusha Systems Inc.’s (“Lusha”, “we” or “us”) practices with respect to collecting, using and processing information when installing our web-browser extension available here at Chrome Web Store, Mozilla and Microsoft Add-ons (“Browser Extension”) and using our online services available through the Browser Extension and using our online services (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services are designed to help our users (e.g., HR professionals, B2B professionals, sales professionals) validate and verify contact information and to find the correct contact information of the business professional they seek to contact.
This Privacy Policy is designated only for our Browsing Extension and is separate to our Terms of Service, which sets out more information about the Services (“Terms” or “Agreement”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you understand your rights in relation to your personal data and how we collect, use and process your personal data. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy or any part of it, you should not install our Browser Extension or use our Services.
2. What types of information do we collect and how do we use it?

| Information our registered users give to us (“User Data”). Our users may provide information by contacting us via support and sales channels creating an account or using our Services. This information includes name, email address, phone number, home address, and social media handles, and contact lists on that social media account. Where users upgrade and purchase our paid Services, users are required to enter payment information (including a credit card number or PayPal account information). Lusha does not collect or process your payment information directly; the processing of payment information is done by our trusted third-party service providers. We also process information that you provide to us voluntarily, e.g. communications to us, additional information you publish about yourself, and, if you use Lusha’s referral service, your referred friend’s email address and name. | We collect and process User Data in order to perform our contract with you and provide you with the Services and functionalities, register, maintain, and manage your user account. As a paying customer, we will also process this information to process and fulfill your order, including sending you any necessary e-mails related to your purchase of the Paid Services. Further, in order to be responsive to you and maintain our business relationship, as a matter of our legitimate interests we send you announcements in relation to security, privacy, or administrative related communications (these communications are not marketing orientated and we do not rely on consent so you may not opt-out). We may also process this information to detect and prevent fraudulent and illegal activity or any activity that might jeopardize or negatively affect the integrity of the Services. |
| Technical usage information. When you use our Services, we automatically collect information sent to us by your computer or another access device. This information includes: (i) device information (e.g. the type of browser and operating system your device uses, language preference, domain name, access time); (ii) your IP address; and (ii) alerts for troubleshooting errors and bugs. We process certain information from the webpage you are browsing when you use our Browser Extension (such as a LinkedIn page or Salesforce), this information includes the URL you are browsing, the content of the LinkedIn page you are browsing, and the LinkedIn relations of the contact you are viewing. When we do so, we may be able to see information that identifies an individual, such as, name, job title, and network relations. However, these data sets and information were made public by such individual who consented to upload such information to the social network you are browsing, we do not store this information and it is used in real-time solely, in order to provide our Services and ensure we enrich your content with accurate information. | In order to provide our Services and perform our contract with you, we will use Web-browsing data to enrich the web-browsing content and provide and ensure the content provided to the user is accurate. |
| Compose Feature. If you choose to use our email composing service, which enables you to reach out and contact your leads directly through the Browser Extension widget, you will need to allow us to access your email account and contacts. | We will use such information solely for the performance of the email composing services and auto-complete email addresses. |
3. How we share your information
We may share information with third parties (such third parties include hosting services; data analytics vendors; payment processors; and security vendors) solely for the purpose of providing the Services as described above.
In certain circumstances, we may also share and disclose such your information, if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary or required: (i) by law or regulation; (ii) needed for security and fraud detection; (iii) in case of merger and acquisition; and (iv) to allow Lusha to exercise its legal rights or respond to a legal claim.
4. Retention
Personal Information will be retained by Lusha for as long as necessary to provide our Services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies.
5. How do we safeguard and transfer your information?
We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure your information is treated securely, we take all appropriate technical and organizational measures, reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to safeguard your information against loss, theft, unauthorized use, access or modification.
We are headquartered in the United States of America and, while our data is stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States of America. Many of our data processing activities are carried out from other countries so your information may also be processed by staff operating outside the European Economic Area who work for us or for one of our service providers or partners. We ensure that our transfer of data is in compliance with applicable laws.
6. Minors
The Services are not targeted to or intended for children under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use our Service. In the event that we become aware that a User is under the age of 18 has shared any information, we will discard such information. 7. Your rights
You may have rights around your data, such as the right to receive a copy in a machine-readable format, the right to update or amend your data, the right to delete your data, the right to restrict how we use your data or object to our usage (including objecting to marketing) and/or the right to withdraw consent and the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
