Prompt

Rank your territory by signal, then auto-brief the top 3

Time to build: 2 min
Difficulty: Easy
Tools: ClaudeLusha

Example outputs in this play are illustrative — they reflect the structure, fields, and format of real Lusha connector output, but were not pulled from a live session. Run the chain with your own territory and connectors to see live results.

A weekly signal digest tells you where the activity is. It doesn’t tell you what to say when you call. The Territory Signal Digest Skill ranks your whole territory by signal strength, but the highest-ranked account still needs a full brief before it’s actually callable — firmographics, the right contact, the news, the angle. This play closes that gap automatically: Claude runs the Territory Signal Digest Skill across your saved territory, takes the top 3 accounts by signal strength, and chains each one straight into the Account Intelligence Skill for a complete decision-ready brief. You open the output with a ranked territory and three accounts already prepped to call.

How to set it up

1

Install both skills in the same Claude Project

Make sure the Territory Signal Digest Skill and the Account Intelligence Skill are both installed, with the Lusha in Claude connector active in the same Project.

2

Paste or save your territory list

Add your account list directly, or save it once as a custom instruction in the Claude Project so you don’t have to re-paste it every week.

3

Send the prompt

Claude runs the Territory Signal Digest Skill, ranks every account by signal strength, then automatically chains the top 3 into the Account Intelligence Skill for a full brief on each.

The prompt

Run the Territory Signal Digest Skill on my saved
territory.

My territory:
[Paste account list — or reference a saved Claude
Project instruction if your territory is already saved]

Lookback window: 7 days

Once the digest returns the ranked account list, take
the top 3 highest-signal accounts and automatically run
the Account Intelligence Skill on each one. Use this
research context for the brief: "preparing for this
week's outbound push — need a brief I can act on
immediately, no QBR framing needed."

Return:
1. The full territory digest, ranked by signal strength
2. A complete Account Intelligence brief for the top 3
   accounts only
3. A one-line note for every other account in the
digest — checked, no action needed this week

What you'll get back

A ranked territory digest with the top 3 accounts already fully briefed.

Why use Lusha in Claude

A weekly signal digest is meant to tell you where to spend your time. Most digests stop there — they hand you a ranked list and leave the actual research for later, which means the highest-signal account on Monday morning often doesn’t get called until Wednesday because nobody had 15 minutes to build a brief.

Chaining the digest into Account Intelligence collapses that gap. The accounts that earned the top 3 spots in the digest are exactly the ones worth the deeper research pass — so instead of a list and a research backlog, you get a list and the research already done. The remaining accounts in the digest still get checked every week, just without the full brief overhead, which keeps the output proportional to where the signal actually is.

FAQ

  • Why only the top 3, not every account in the digest?

Account Intelligence is a deeper, more thorough pull than the digest’s signal scan. Running it on every account in a territory every week is more than most reps need or can act on. Top 3 keeps the output focused on what’s genuinely time-sensitive this week. Ask Claude to expand to top 5 if your territory is small enough to act on more.

  • Can I change the research context for the Account Intelligence step?

Yes — the prompt above uses a general outbound framing, but you can swap it for “competitive deal” or “renewal prep” depending on what you’re walking into. The chain works the same either way.

  • What if none of the accounts this week have strong signals?

The digest will say so. If the top-ranked account has a weak signal, Claude will still generate the brief but flag that the signal strength is lower than usual — useful context before you decide whether it’s worth a full outreach push this week.
