Bullhorn

Learn how to map data fields to Bullhorn and manage leads better with a more accurate database in a few steps

CRM

What is Bullhorn?

Bullhorn is the CRM and applicant tracking system built for staffing and recruitment agencies. It's used by staffing firms to manage the full desk: candidate sourcing, resume parsing, job and requisition tracking, and the sales-side lead, opportunity, and client account workflows that keep placements moving.

Lusha and Bullhorn

The Lusha integration with Bullhorn lets recruiting and sales teams enrich candidate, contact, and company records directly inside Bullhorn with verified emails and phone numbers. Instead of researching a lead or candidate's contact details in a separate tab, you pull accurate data straight into the record you're already working, and field mapping keeps Lusha data aligned with your existing Bullhorn schema.

How to connect Lusha and Bullhorn

Open the Integrations tab in your Lusha dashboard, select Bullhorn, and map your Leads, Candidates, Contacts, and Companies fields. From there you can enrich records in bulk or one at a time, and use the Bullhorn Identifier to check for existing records before you reveal new data. See the Lusha and Bullhorn integration docs for the full setup walkthrough.

Common use cases

01

Enrich new candidate records

Automatically append verified emails and phone numbers to new candidates added in Bullhorn, so recruiters can reach out without leaving the ATS. Example: "A new candidate profile is created from a resume upload; Lusha enriches it with a verified direct dial before the recruiter's first outreach."

02

Keep client contact data current

Refresh stale contact and company details on existing client accounts to reduce bounced emails and missed calls. Example: "A client contact changes roles; Lusha flags the update so the account manager reaches the right person."

03

Check for duplicates before enrichment

Use the Bullhorn Identifier to confirm whether a record already exists before pulling in new Lusha data, avoiding duplicate contacts. Example: "A sourcer imports a list of leads; Lusha checks each against existing Bullhorn records first."

04

Bulk-enrich a sourcing list

Enrich a batch of newly sourced candidates or leads at once instead of looking each one up individually. Example: "A team sources 200 candidates for a new req; Lusha enriches the batch in one pass."
