What is Outlook?

Outlook is Microsoft's email and calendar platform, used by teams on Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com to manage email, scheduling, and meetings. It's one of the most widely used business email clients, often paired with Microsoft's broader productivity suite.

Lusha and Outlook

Connecting Outlook to Lusha lets you send emails from your Lusha Engage sequences using your own Outlook address, so outreach lands in a prospect's inbox from a real, recognizable sender instead of a shared one. Lusha Conversations also syncs with your Outlook Calendar, automatically recording scheduled meetings without any manual entry.

Once connected, your sequence activity and calendar stay in step with each other, giving you a clearer view of what's been sent and what's coming up.

How to connect Lusha and Outlook

You need a Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com account and at least User-level permissions in Lusha. Go to Integrations in the top navigation bar, click the Outlook card under Email Service, click Connect, sign in to your Microsoft account, and accept the requested permissions. For full setup details, see the Lusha and Outlook integration docs.

Common use cases

01

Send sequences from your own inbox

Run Lusha Engage sequences that send from your real Outlook address, so replies land where you'd expect them and prospects see a familiar sender. Example: "Send a three-touch outbound sequence from your own Outlook address instead of a shared domain."

02

Auto-log scheduled meetings

Let Lusha Conversations sync with your Outlook Calendar so booked meetings show up automatically, no manual entry required.

03

Keep outreach and calendar in sync

See sequence activity alongside upcoming meetings in one place, so you always know what's been sent and what's on the calendar.

04

Improve reply rates with a recognizable sender

Prospects are more likely to open and reply to email from a real individual address than a generic shared one.

05

Simplify rep onboarding

New reps connect their own Outlook account once and immediately start sending sequences and syncing meetings under their own identity.
