What is Zapier?
Zapier is a no-code automation platform that connects thousands of apps so teams can build workflows, called Zaps, without writing code. A trigger in one app, like a new lead in your CRM, kicks off an action in another, like enriching that lead with fresh data.
Lusha and Zapier
The Lusha connector on Zapier lets you trigger contact and company enrichment as a step inside any Zap. When a new lead lands in your CRM, a form gets submitted, or another app fires an event, Zapier can call Lusha to enrich that record with a verified email, phone number, job title, and company details before passing it downstream.
You can choose Enrich Contacts or Enrich Companies depending on the workflow. Contact enrichment returns job title, email, phone, and social profiles; company enrichment returns industry, location, revenue range, and employee count.
How to connect Lusha and Zapier
Log in to Zapier, click Create Zap, and choose a trigger such as a new lead added in your CRM. In the action step, search for Lusha Connect, select it, and choose Enrich Contacts or Enrich Companies.
