TL;DR: Lusha now connects natively to Capsule CRM. Reveal a contact in Lusha and send the enriched contact and organization data straight into Capsule. No copy and paste, no switching tabs. You map Lusha fields to Capsule fields once, decide whether existing records get overwritten, and from then on every revealed contact lands in Capsule the way you set it up. You need Admin or Manager access in Lusha and Capsule admin rights to turn it on.
Why this one matters
Capsule is the CRM of choice for a lot of SMEs, consultancies, agencies, and professional services teams across the UK and EU. These teams run on relationships, and they pick tools that stay simple instead of ones that need a six-week rollout. They want their data clean and their day uncluttered.
The catch was getting Lusha data into Capsule. It meant manual entry, every time. Now it does not. Reveal in Lusha, push to Capsule, move on.
And it is worth calling out: this exists because a customer asked for it. If you have been wanting this integration, the wait is over.

What you actually get out of it
The integration is built around getting verified Lusha data into Capsule without the manual middle step. Here is what that changes day to day.
Less busywork, more selling. Today, adding a prospect to Capsule means finding their details, copying each field, switching tabs, and pasting them in one by one. With the integration, you reveal the contact in Lusha and send it to Capsule in a click. For a rep building 20 records a day, that is hours back every week.
A Capsule database you can trust. When records go in by hand, fields get skipped, job titles go stale, and phone numbers rot. Lusha pushes verified emails, direct dials, job titles, and company details into the exact fields you choose, so your team is working from data that is accurate the moment it lands.
You decide what gets touched. Allow Override lets you choose whether Lusha updates fields that already have a value or only fills the blanks. So you can use the integration to refresh a stale database or to protect existing records, depending on what your team needs.
Guardrails for clean data. Admins control which object types reps can create. Lock new account creation and reps can only attach contacts to existing Capsule accounts, which keeps duplicates out and your account list tidy. Predefined values let you stamp a consistent lead source or owner on every record so reporting stays clean.
Real workflows you can run
Every one of these is something you can do today: reveal in Lusha, push to Capsule. No spreadsheets in between.
- Build a new account and contact in one go. You find a promising company on LinkedIn or in the Lusha dashboard. Reveal the decision maker, and push them to Capsule. With new account creation enabled, Lusha creates the Organization, creates the linked Person, and maps the verified email, direct dial, and job title into place. A new account goes from cold to fully populated in Capsule in seconds.
- Refresh a stale database without a manual audit. Your Capsule records have been sitting for a year. Job titles have changed, people have moved, numbers have changed. Toggle Allow Override on, re-reveal your priority contacts in Lusha, and push the current data into Capsule. Existing fields update with verified details instead of you hunting them down one record at a time.
- Keep reps inside the lines. You are an admin who wants reps enriching contacts but not spinning up new accounts that duplicate what is already there. Turn off new account creation in the Settings tab. Reps can still reveal and save contacts, but only against accounts that already exist in Capsule. Your account list stays clean and your reporting stays accurate.
- Standardize every record as it lands. You want every contact added through Lusha tagged with the same lead source so you can report on it later. Add a predefined value to the People record type, set it once, and every contact pushed to Capsule carries that value automatically. No reminders, no manual tagging, no gaps in your reports.
How to connect Capsule
You need Admin or Manager access in Lusha, and you must be a Capsule admin to activate the integration.
- Log in to your Lusha dashboard and click your name in the top right corner.
- Go to the Integrations tab and select Capsule.
- Click Connect. You will be redirected to the Capsule login page.
- Sign in to Capsule if prompted, and authorize Lusha’s access to your account.
- Once authorized, click Continue to field mapping.
- In the field mapping environment, you will see two record types: People and Organizations.
- To update existing records in your database, toggle on Allow Override.
Note: Allow Override is a Lusha setting that controls whether Lusha updates fields that already have a value in Capsule. When it is off, Lusha only fills empty fields.
Adding predefined value fields
Predefined values let you stamp the same value onto a Capsule field every time a record is created, which is useful for things like lead source or owner.
- Choose the record type (People or Organizations).
- Click + Add field and select Predefined Value.
- Select a Capsule field from the available options.
- Enter the predefined value.
- Click Save changes before switching tabs.
Account export preferences
Admins decide which object types users can export to Capsule. When the toggle is off, users can only save contacts to existing Capsule accounts, not create new ones. These settings apply to everyone in your account.
To manage export preferences, go to Integrations, then Capsule, then the Settings tab.
Default field mapping
If you change your field mapping and want to get back to the original setup, use the tables below as your reference.
People
| Lusha field | Capsule field |
|---|---|
| Full Name | First Name + Last Name |
| Emails | |
| Phones | Phone |
| Job Title | Job Title |
Organizations
| Lusha field | Capsule field |
|---|---|
| Company Name | Name |
| Company Street | Address |

For more detail on the values behind each field, see Fields for field mapping and descriptions.
That is it. Lusha will now push enriched contact and organization data into Capsule every time you reveal a contact.
