You want B2B contacts inside your AI chat, so you can ask for a list and get real people back instead of a guess. Lusha and Vibe Prospecting both do that, both run in Claude and ChatGPT, and both let you start free.

The differences show up after the chat ends: where the list goes, which tools share your credits, and what you end up paying for.

We make Lusha, so read this with that in mind. Every fact about Vibe Prospecting comes from its own pricing page, docs and directory listings, checked on October 16, 2026. Where it’s the better choice, we say so.

The short answer

Pick Lusha if the list has to end up somewhere: your CRM, a teammate’s ChatGPT, a rep’s browser. One account and one credit balance cover all of it, and Salesforce and HubSpot sync natively on every plan, including free.

Pick Vibe Prospecting if you work mostly in Claude and want big lists in one pass. It says it returns up to 1,000 records per call, it publishes larger data counts, and its free plan gives you more credits.

Lusha vs Vibe Prospecting: what’s the difference?

They start from different places. Vibe Prospecting is Explorium’s chat-first product: it connects 50+ data sources to your AI chat, and the chat is where the work happens. Lusha started as data reps use in the browser and the CRM, and now runs inside Claude and ChatGPT as well.

So with Vibe Prospecting, the chat is the product. With Lusha, the chat is one of several doors into the same account.

That one difference explains nearly everything in the table below.

Each company’s own published figures, checked October 16, 2026. Data counts are stated differently by each company, so they aren’t a measure of coverage in your market.

The same job on both: 100 contacts, email and phone

Say you ask Claude for 100 heads of RevOps at Series B software companies, with an email and a phone for each.

On Lusha, that’s 100 emails at 1 credit and 100 phones at 5: 600 credits, plus about 4 for the search calls that return them. The list lands in a Workspace table you can sync to Salesforce or HubSpot.

On Vibe Prospecting, finding 100 prospects costs 1 credit each, then 100 emails at 2 and 100 phones at 5: 800 credits. You export the list as a CSV and import it into your CRM.

Credits cost different amounts on each, so compare what your plan or pack costs, not the credit count alone.

One more thing to check before you buy: Vibe Prospecting’s pricing page says its paid packs apply to Claude only. If half your team uses ChatGPT, that changes the math. Lusha credits work the same in both. The full Lusha rates are in how Lusha credits work.

Where you’ll actually use it

Both are in Claude’s connector directory and in ChatGPT. Vibe Prospecting reaches further into agent tools, including Codex, Gemini CLI, Manus and Hermes, with a Grok listing pending. Lusha runs in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, VS Code, Gemini CLI and any MCP client.

The bigger difference is outside the chat. A lot of prospecting still happens on a profile or a company website, with a rep deciding in the moment whether to call. Lusha has a Chrome extension for that, on every plan. We didn’t find one for Vibe Prospecting.

Data and signals

Vibe Prospecting publishes 800M+ professionals and 150M+ companies. Lusha publishes 515M+ contacts and 29M+ companies, with 98% email accuracy and 85% US and 86% global phone accuracy on its own data. The two count differently, so the honest test is to run your own 25 target accounts through both.

On timing, Vibe Prospecting lists 18 signal categories and 80+ signal types. Lusha has 26 signals, from funding and hiring surges to job changes and promotions, and returns the date with every one. A hiring surge from last week and one from last spring tell you different things, so the date is the part to check on any tool.

Getting the list into your CRM

This is where you feel the difference every day. Lusha syncs natively with Salesforce and HubSpot on every plan, and with Bullhorn, Pipedrive, Zoho, Dynamics, Outreach, Salesloft and others. A list built in Claude or ChatGPT lands in a Workspace table ready to sync.

Vibe Prospecting exports a CSV for you to import, and lists CRM integration for custom enterprise plans. Neither sends emails from inside the chat.

Compliance

Lusha holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, 27017, 27701, 31700 and 42001, the standard for managing AI systems. It’s GDPR certified by ePrivacyseal, CCPA validated by TrustArc, and doesn’t scrape LinkedIn or social networks.

Explorium states SOC 2, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701. We didn’t find a separate certification page for Vibe Prospecting.

When Vibe Prospecting is the better pick

  • You need one big list, fast. It says it returns up to 1,000 records per call, so fewer round trips.
  • You’re testing on a budget. 200 free credits a month, against Lusha’s 40.
  • You don’t want a subscription. One-time packs that last a year.
  • You like to see the cost first. It previews sample records and an estimate before charging for an export.
  • You build in many agent tools, including Manus and Hermes.

When Lusha is the better pick

  • Your team uses both Claude and ChatGPT. One credit balance works in both, and in Workspace and the API.
  • The list has to reach your CRM. Salesforce and HubSpot sync natively on every plan, so there’s no file to import.
  • Reps prospect in the browser too. The Chrome extension shows verified details on any profile or site.
  • You send a lot of email. 1 credit per email, against 2.
  • Security review is part of buying. ISO 42001 and a published certification set.

Which should you choose?

A founder or solo seller building a first list in Claude: either works. Vibe Prospecting’s 200 free credits go further on a first try. Lusha’s free plan is permanent and includes the Salesforce and HubSpot integrations.

An SDR team on Salesforce or HubSpot: Lusha. The list goes straight into the CRM, and every rep uses the same credits in whichever AI tool they prefer.

A RevOps or growth engineer building large lists for an agent: Vibe Prospecting’s batch size is the stronger fit for one-off pulls. For a workflow that has to keep the CRM current, look at Lusha’s API and Waterfall.

Not sure? Run the same 25 accounts through both on the free plans and compare what comes back for your market. It takes about ten minutes.
